ZK Vacuum Air Extractor Set
- 1. Its working vacuum range is 7-133pam, the maximum is 7pa. It starts quickly and is powerful. It can be used for vacuum smelting,welting, pharmacy and electric vacuum machine. And it is especially suitable for transformer operating in vacuum condition.
- 2. It uses roots pump as the main pump, vortex sheet pump as fore-pump. An electric-magnetic pressure different valve is connected between the fore-pump and the main pump. The set starts as the fore-pump starts. The mirco vacuum heating gauge and valves are imported. Vacuum gauge is used for monitoring the vacuum range and controlling the roots pump. The valve ensures reliable tightness of the set.
- 3. Vacuum pump recursive filter and water cooling system are to ensure safe operation. Recursive water keeps the temperature more stable.

Working Principle:
This unit uses the roots pump as the main pump and the rotary vane vacuum pump as the foreline pump. An electromagnetic vacuum inflation valve is connected in series between the foreline pump and the main pump, and is opened and closed with the foreline pump switch. An electronic vacuum gauge can be installed at the air inlet of the unit to accurately observe and control the vacuum degree of the pumped container..
