Product Feature And Application
- Reaction kettle: waste oil is pumped into the kettle through a coarse filter;
- Heating system: the oil temperature is raised to working temperature by burning coal or fuel oil, equipped with a heat preservation system;
- Catalytic system: When waste oil reaches a predetermined temperature, gaseous hydrocarbons become gasoline and diesel components through catalysis;
- Cooling system: condense the catalyzed gasoline and diesel into liquid;
- Temperature control system: to ensure the conversion of waste oil into gasoline and diesel. When the waste oil evaporates, the heating can be stopped in time;
- Exhaust gas treatment system: A small amount of unliquefied gas will meet the emission standard after treatment.
